Suberhub 3 serial number not recognized on my account?

Trying to change my package today and my Hub 3 serial wasn't recognized with my account.  This is my second Hub 3 as the original needed replaced a year or ago.

Thanks.  I don't know who can help but I have lost my CS password.   I haven't spoken to anyone but missed a phone call from retention.  I still need to see about cancelling or getting a different deal.

I'm aware.  I posted because the agent asked for hub serial number and it was recognized on my account.

Can the forum team assist with a new CS password as the phone que is over an hour?

We are not able to provide you with the serial number however if you are able to pass DPA we can change this for you.
