Street Was Cabled 14 Months Ago - But We Cannot Place an Order
Virgin completed Cabling my Street - SE9 2RL on 11-Jul-2019. It is now 14 months since they completed cabling the area but we still cannot place an order. Can anyone tell me how we can check with Engineering to find out when it will go Live.

I have reached out to our project lightning team and asked them if we could have an ETA on when we can expect to provide services in the area, As soon as I have any further response I will let you know.
