Hi, Virgin dug up our entire local area back in 2017, but still the availability checker is saying not available - neither for me or a random sampling of other houses in the street. All bog-standard houses, no flats.
The fibre is there - I saw them pulling it through, and every house has a Virgin access cover at the property border.
3 years seems a long time to connect up to the back end - almost seems like we've been forgotten; how do I follow up please? Sales just point me to the "stay in touch" form on the website, but I must have filled that in 3 years ago! 🙂
