Need to stop the cancellation of my virgin media services due 27/3 but reduce the cost as cant afford to pay the package I have - why I was cancelling orginally.
Am working in key sector & need to be able to connect
Since that's only 2 days away I'd keep trying them on the phone until you get through. It might be the 27th before someone from Virgin see's this post...
Eventually got through after holding for ages, sorted new package, thankfully all sorted - shame they didn't do this in first place then I wouldn't have had to cancel!🤣
They were very helpful so keep trying & hold anyone else facing same problems 👍
