I wrote for advise 2 weeks ago about delivery of a V6 Box after upgrading my tv channels and broadband. Thanks for the advise given then which I followed, however since then I have had 2 failed due delivery dates and each time I’ve contacted customer services I get no further when theV6 box will be delivered.
I have a VM Ref number saying it’s with Yodel and a due delivery day which has now passed!. I have been in touch with Yodel who say they don’t have it. Can anyone advise who I need to speak to, so far I have spoken to several different departments after being passed onto them form the Customer services team. Today speaking to the quick start team they said they had no record of a V6 being ordered and would re-order!.
