Was told initial reason was my account de-activated in error then they sent signal down line and still de-activated but team would request re-activation then now told there is problem with wall box so sending engineer on 15th. I received self start kit on 10th

I am sorry you've not had the best experience us. I have checked our systems and can see a manned install was required because of issues with QuickStart.
