Hi. I upgraded from Internet only to Internet plus TV, my stuff was supposed to be delivered on 22/12/20. I still do not have anything and tracking states that it is still due 2 weeks ago. I cant get hold of anyone without waiting on hold for an hour. I just want the equipment so I can watch the TV etc that I am paying for. Seriously thinking of leaving virgin as customer service is terrible if you are not a new customer. Anyone else had problems with getting equipment?
Yes - there have been several reports of disruption to V6 supplies due to the chaos at the ports recently - so with that and Christmas....
All you can do is keep checking and calling in - call at 08.00 should get you through with short wait times.
