Start up - internet access denied

I’ve set up my virgin media and all I’m getting now is the green flashing light. It’s been like this for a day now. I’ve restarted it, rebooted, changed to and from modem mode. tested my wires etc. I’m at a loss on what to do now?

am I going to have to get an engineer out?

Have you phoned  0800 953 9500 to get your box activated?

You will need the box serial number, and your account and area number
