Spotter request

Hi,

Can someone from VM please help me to arrange a spotter at my new address?

 

I spoke with Joe previously, but I believe he has now retired. https://community.virginmedia.com/t5/QuickStart-set-up-and/Spotter-request/m-p/4968839#M200235

Also spoke to your sales team, and they said they would send out a spotter and email me. But it’s been two weeks and I haven’t heard back.

Will be moving to the address shortly, so want to be able to change accords to virgin swiftly.
