Solid white light no internet

I have a solid white light and no internet after completing self install. I have done all the resets.. pretty sure I’m one of the many who haven’t received an activation message to respond to.

Can someone turn on my internet please I’ve been on hold for 4 days now!

You have 3 options to activate VM equipment – I’d try all 3!

Call the equipment activation number is... 0800 953 9500 – you will need the serial number off the Hub barcode sticker and also your account number

Or, text the same details to 07533 051809 - responses are slower though

Finally a VM person should respond on here when they pick it up but that can take up to a week

If that fails call it in at 08.00 and go to "thinking of leaving" and tell them you are cancelling within your 14 day "cooling off" period - they will quickly sort it then
