Slow speed after self-installing

Hi, I've ordered a self-install hub 3, connected it and am getting speeds of 1-2 mbs on wifi and ethernet cable. VM was working perfectly in this house for the previous owners. Has anyone had a similar problem? Customer service being so unhelpful on the phone and I am getting cut off after  45 minute phone calls 😞

If you're in the 14 day cooling off period, then phone up to cancel - the retentions agent will get it sorted.

Of course, you might want to ask yourself, based on your experience of VM customer service so far whether you would prefer to cancel anyway.

Sorry to hear about the slow speeds 

I have just checked a few things form here and I can see we have been out and resolved the speed issues 

How are things looking now

Hopefully you are staying with us now
