A lot of your downstream channels are too low and some of the upstream are too high. This often indicates a cable fault to your premises or that you need to be moved to another tap on the street cabinet. Only a technician can rectify this, call customer services and report the fault.

Sorry to resurrect my old thread however i am back to consistently getting approx 80mb/s again. Are there any ongoing issues in my area which you are aware of? If so do you know when these are likely to be fixed? If not please can you check my equipment from your end to see if i have any issues?
