So I just packed up all my equipment however it says to fit two terminator caps however these were not in the packaging I received. Is it possible to get these sent?

are they important?

Cutting a long story short, no. 

For customers remaining with VM purely as an ISP, but who may have VM coax extensions that due to a contract or layout change are now unused, yes.
