I have just signed up to virgin media again after a gap and I am not receiving a verification email even after several attempts. Please help as I want to be able to sign in and use virgin connect and virgin go.

There are a couple of reasons this usually happens:
1) You have used the same email address with your new service account, but the email address is still linked with the former account. In order to get this moved across we just need to send you a PM to confirm a few account details.
2) You have used a new email address but there was an issue with the site when trying to register / send the verification email. If this is the case we can send you a PM and try re-sending the verification email. Its also worth checking your Spam and Junk email folders if you haven't done so already!
