I cut the cable by accident in my garden. I need to book an engineer to fix it but i am struggling to get any answer from. Customer services. There is no need to come inside the house for the repair as it is in the front garden
Any clues how to proceed to get a resolution

The best way is to report the fault at 8am tomorrow morning unless you feel like spending several hours on hold.
Or you can wait here, but it may be several days (sometimes a week) before staff read this message.
