Setting up

How long do I wait till my services go Live? I haven’t had a text that I have to reply go to yet how long will I wait for this? I got my kit delivered today.

Want does the setup guide say?

All current kit is automatically activated, so it should just tell you to connect it all up.

It says this when I scan the QR code

 

Don’t plug in or turn on any of the kit at the mains until we tell you to!

It’s really important that you get everything set up in the right order.

Remember

If you’ve got a TV360, you must reply ‘go’ to a text that we sent to you before you start this guide

Hmm. Not sure you need to that anymore.

This is what I was expecting you'd have included in your delivery

In there it says

Automatic activation

Our new boxes automatically activate when connected correctly to the Virgin Media wall socket, please follow these instructions to get set up.
