Setting up the hub 4

I have received my hub 4 today and have finally managed to set it up and called the virgin media activation line but it has been hours since then and still no internet connection

Best to try activating it again.

Equipment activation on 0800 953 9500

If that fails:

Call the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 8AM- 9PM Monday - Friday or 8AM-6PM Saturday and Sunday

There are 10 types of people: those who understand binary and those who don't and F people out of 10 who do not understand hexadecimal c1a2a285948293859940d9a49385a2

Have tried these and still nothing

I can see you have an engineer booked for this - let us know how it goes with the appointment and if the tech resolves it all.
