Setting up router

Still no luck setting up with my post before, was told there was either a break in the cable or was wired internally incorrect. 
House owner is an electrician and has tested the cable and check connections but see’s no fault.

The router has a flashing green power symbol and a solid green WiFi symbol

You have no signal to the hub, check the cables are all nice and tight if they are send me a PM with your account number and area code and I can look in to this for you.
