Setting up issues - broadband only package

Tuning in

I've received my hub, but I've only got a BT (cough, spit) hub or a Telewest box , I've nowhere to plug the coaxial? (The white lead 🙄) cable

Am I missing the blatantly obvious or do I need an engineer?

If anybody knows of a video to solve my woes, it would be appreciated

The white coaxial cable should plug into the Telewest box. If the box already has a cable hanging loose you can use that into the Hub instead.

You will probably need to push the cable firmly rather than screw it to the wall socket, but there are two videos below.

Sorry to see you're having issues with installing your services due to missing the isolator plate (VM wall socket for coax cable).

Could you please post back here with a picture from the BT/Telewest socket so we can determine what's needed to sort this out?

Also, if you believe you're missing this we'd need to arrange an engineer visit to link you up - please confirm and we're eager to assist further where needed.
