Set up

I just signed up for virgin media when i purchased a new house i was unsure if the previous owners had virgin media which it doesnt look like they did as i cannot see any virgin connections in my house. I have been going round in circles all day trying to arrange an engineer online or get a contact number for virgin hope someone can help.

When you signed up it should have offered you the option of a technician install - did it not?

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

When ordering it asked if i had the corrected connections and i clicked unsure.

if the system allowed self install then VM think they have done a previous install - start outside - is there a box on the wall - it would usually be on the wall facing the road

have they sent the hub etc
