When I connect every socket the hub shows green flashes no connect internet

ok - let me ask some questions 

1 - is this a self install

2 - have you rung the activation line - 0800 953 9500

3 - have you double checked all your coax connections and if you have

4 - have you traced the wiring from the internal box back to the external box and checked all wiring is correct

if its not a self install then give more details

Yes self installed and I rang the number I checked everything

its worth ringing the number again and letting them try to activate it again - its worth also rebooting the hub and if that does not help resetting it

if non of that helps you need a tech - wait here and VM will get to the thread - i will flag it but it could take them a few days - you can ring and book one

Hi @merisaba, thanks for joining us in a Private Message regarding the ongoing fault issue. My colleague is currently out of the office so I'm looking into this and I'm sorry to hear that the recent engineer wasn't able to fix the the problem. Can you tell me what the engineer checked and said so I can see why they were not able resolve it?
