Set up new hub 4 and TV360

Hello,

We have just upgraded to the ultimate oomph 1gb package and have received a new hub 4 and two tv 360 boxes today. There are no installation instructions in the box - is it just a case of unplugging the old kit and connecting the new stuff in exactly the same way?

So, the hub 4 and new tv boxes are all set up and functioning as they should. I just have one issue I’m stuck on! We had a pod which was paired with our old hub (only had it a couple of weeks before changing router) which now doesn’t connect to the new hub4. My husband spoke to a tech guy on the phone tonight who instructed him to press the wps button on the router and the pod would pair with it. So far this is unsuccessful! Any ideas?

Well they're new and I've not had personal hands on with them yet and unlikely too tbh.

I've had a butchers at the FAQ's and Troubleshooting pages..... useless.

Is there any pin hole to reset it anywhere ?

Also maybe try connecting to hub by Ethernet temporarily

The Hub and WiFi Pod are ‘connected’ on your account.

When you replace a Hub, this needs updating. The process for doing this doesn’t seem to work or even be in place.

You will need to phone in and ask to have the new Hub associated with your existing WiFi Pod.

As I suspected having searched & searched! Thankyou both for replying. I’ll try and call again in the morning. Rather frustrating to have been given duff info by the tech guy on the phone this evening!
