Set up issue Hub 3

Hello. I just moved to a new home and is new to Virgin. Was trying to set up my Hub 3 but no luck. "Access denied" is shown when I login to Hub3. Any ideas?

Have you activated the HUB?

I am not sure what do you mean by activate the HUB. I followed steps in this link https://www.virginmedia.com/help/setup/hub-4/location

have you rung the activation line 0800 953 9500 many hubs come activated but some do not - what colour is the power light on the hub

haven't tried the line yet. HUB is flashing green.

called the activation line few hours ago but still the same situation. access denied and hub is flashing green
