Today we set up our wifi hub 3.0 with the quick start install kit, it's all set up fine but we cant acess the internet.
On the hub status page it shows "internet access denied".
We have left the hub alone for an hour, checked all the cables, reset it at the back, switched it off and on again, and switched it to modem mode and back to router mode, and nothing has worked.
The call centre doesnt open until Monday, so we dont really know what to do
All new installs / replacement electronic equipment need to be activated.

You can wait on here for one of the VM Staff to pick up the thread but this may take a few days.

We called that number at about 5pm and it said it had been activated fine, but still no internet.
Do I just wait for somebody to get in contact in that case?
Leave it overnight, if it still isn't working try phoning in again.
I'm having the exact same issue. Left it over night and have an engineer booked for 2 days time...

Was fixed thanks. Engineers came out to fix a cable in the street and it worked.
