I'm trying to set up my Internet and I haven't had much luck with It. I plugged everything as it said on the guide but my hub is still in red. There is a few wires hanging around so not sure if this is what's affecting it?
Any help would be amazing!
Hub may not be activated, try and activate it again:
Equipment activation on 0800 953 9500\
If that fails:
Call the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 8AM- 9PM Monday - Friday or 8AM-6PM Saturday and Sunday
