I am trying to set up my new virgin wifi and have plugged in and put in the Ethernet cable but it is only flashing green on the base light. In my new flat there is nowhere to plug in the isolator cable

Call the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 8AM- 9PM Monday - Friday or 8AM-6PM Saturday and Sunday and explain you need a manned installation.

Sorry to hear you have been having this issue, I can see on the system you have spoken to the team since you posted this, have they been able to look at getting this resolved for you?
