Hi I got a text through to say we have 12 hours to set up our package. Problem is we are not in the country currently so cannot set this up until we are back nor ring virgin to seek support. Will this be a problem? Do we really have 12 hours to set it up or can it be longer? Please advise!
You should be able to set it up when you return. The hub has been added to your account, but if it is not initialised in the time given it will be removed from your account. When you return you will have to get it activated by calling Equipment activation on 0800 953 9500
