Services due to start in just over a day - still no word from Yodel

Just joined

I placed an order last month for services which are due to start on the 18th - I have still yet to hear anything from Yodel as to whether they have the kit yet. Naturally I am worried that my services won't start, which is stressful as I am moving to a new address on the same day. Does it normally take this long to receive notification of dispatch?
