I am in a new build house, there are 7 other houses in this new street and none have Virgin media connected. The houses at the end of the street ( both very close to us, one old building and one new build) are having virgin in stalled as I write. I spoke to the engineeer on site there and he says there is no reason why we cannot have an installtion as we are so close to the the connection box and I should contact virgin direc. There is a virgin box not far from the these 2 installs and I am asking if I can have cable installed as it is so close to use?
Who shouldI contact to officially request this please?
