Hello, I live in a central area of Edinburgh and I often see Virgin Media vans carrying on maintenance around the block, and yet for the last 5 years since I moved to this address I’ve been unable to sign up for services through VM’s website due to service not being available at my address.
I used to live a couple of streets over from my current address and had no trouble getting a connection there.
Is there a way to verify that service is indeed unavailable here?
