So today 2 people came to do some work outside for a service request that was booked but i think they did the wrong house as they dug up the area for the house next to mine and not sure if anything was done to fix the issue with my cable being "bad" as the engineer said Friday 12th.
Also engineer is coming round again this wednesday and wondering if they would be able to finally install and setup my connection as 2 brow wires near the brown box where cut but the two black wires going into it still seem fine.
Ok another update as im still confused whats going on.
The service request and install appointment has again moved to the next day (23rd) for the 4th time now. Have they not finished the work despite them coming around half one in the afternoon today? (22nd)
Ok so now when I look at my Order Im seeing the date NaN/NaN/NaN Iv spent £40 on data in the past 3-4 weeks so far and its getting ridiculous as the 4g speeds here are as slow as VDSL broadband if not slower...
