I have just moved home so called up to order Virgin and was advised previous owner had Virgin so they sent us a quickstart kit. However i cannot find the wall plug only a Virgin phone line.
I am now a month into contract and have not been able to get hold of anyone - probably around 10hours total on hold on phone and no response on the 'message us' online chat (despite the 24hours response given).
Could anybody please help advise what steps i can take or the best way to contact someone? I am not happy at paying for service i cant actually use.
