What is the deadline for sending the box back when cancelling the contract?I have received numerous emails and texts but it is not due to be disconnected for another 2 weeks?

I'm sorry that you're receiving texts and emails about the return of your equipment already, when your services aren't disconnected yet.
We wouldn't charge you straight away, we'll allow you time to send your equipment back to us. You should receive your returns packaging within 10 days of your disconnection.
