Hi, current VM customer and moving to a new house in January.
The new property is an old (18th century) house that was split into 2 semi-detached houses in the 1970s. VM support are telling me that the next-door property to ours has a VM connection but our one does not? How can this be possible? All other properties on the road also have a VM connection.
Could anyone from VM support please organise a quick site visit as this surely is rectifiable and you are losing a customer? We are moving 25th Jan and will need to change providers otherwise.

Thanks for your first message and welcome to our community.
I am sorry to hear the services are not listed at the new property you are moving to.
We can arrange for what we call a spotter to attend and check if it is possible to connect the property up.
However we cannot promise it will be if the cost for the network to be expanded is more than the cost of your service over a contract period.
