Self-setup Wi-Fi Box Not Arrived

Hi,

Ordered box on 2.8.23, scheduled delivery for 5.8.23. Since then, had no email or update. No box has arrived as well.

Not sure what to do as we need wi-fi pretty bad, there is no service at home so has been a pain. Also do not want to wait weeks and have to pay a monthly bill...
