Self installation problem

Hi, 

I recently received my new home hub however my new property doesn't have the isolator cable box to plug it in to. I have two cables coming out of the wall but no luck so far with those. I keep on receiving the flashing green wifi light and green bar at the bottom of the hub. Do I need an engineer to come out and fix this for me?

It may be a case of having to activate the HUB.

Could you post a picture of the cables you have?

Thanks for your reply!

I have just checked and the cables run outside through the wall up to a dish but they aren't connected so I'm not sure a photo will be necessary?

Will I need an engineer visit, and if so how do I arrange that?

Sounds like Sky coax cables.

Sorry that the property wasn't set up for a self install and for the delay in getting back in touch, we have been a lot busier than usual.
