I ordered a self installation kit to be delivered on 21st September, which hasn’t been delivered yet.
After multiple calls and delays, they said it will be delivered by 26th September but I haven’t received any tracking number.
Nor do I have the welcome email, CIS document or the account number to keep a proper track of my orders.
I work from home and after struggling for a week, I really hope it gets resolved as soon as possible.
I am having the same issue, the delivery date was quoted to be today in the order summary email. I then received a pre contract document but never got an email with a tracking number or a contract, which the order summary email said to expect. Help would be appreciated.
