Self-installation help with TV setup please

I am a new Virgin Media customer and I'm unsure about the TV setup.

My Virgin Media socket is on the wall in one room at the front of the house and was already in situ when I moved into the property. I want to install the TV in a different room at the opposite end and at the rear of the house. How am I supposed to achieve this please?

TIA

To do this would mean your not eligible for a self install and you would have to request/pay for a technician visit

It's only £35 for an engineer installation compared to £99 to have it altered later on, so best to do it from the beginning!

That's interesting. I managed to book an engineer for 2 January and the agent I spoke to did say that there would not be a charge. Either way it needs to be done.
