Self installation. White base light no WiFi light

Hey,

I’m doing self installation because of covid.

I have Hub3 and I have followed instructions but at no point have I seen the WiFi light flashing or light up in any way. The base light, internet connection arrows and phone light all flashed and did their thing. 

Currently I have a solid white base light. I have tried rebooting and testing all cables are in firmly.

Does something need activated?

Is the WiFi working?

If it is don’t worry too much about it for the time being.
