Self install

I'm doing a self installation but my hub has been flashing green since 5 o'clock yesterday I've tried rebooting it but nothing working

Did you have to do anything to "activate" it - did they say it was activated on your account ?

In any case, call the equipment activation number on - 0800 953 9500 – you will need the serial number off the barcode sticker and also your account number, Call at 08.00 (Mon-Sat) or 09.00 (Sun) for the best chance of getting through quickly.
