We received our TV self install today, all connected up and still have no channels. Have got the 7400 code. Done everything it says to do online including called the activation number, still no channels? Help please!

Leave it overnight and check again in the morning, a lot of activations are taking quite a while to go through the system.
If it isn't working by morning try the Activation number - 0800 953 9500 again
Best time to phone is 08:00
You can wait on here for one of the VM Staff to pick up the thread but this may take a few days.
