Self install kit delivery

Hi,

I subscribed for m250 broadband as a 12 month contract. Got a confirmation email saying that I will receive the self install kit on 11/09/23 but I haven't received it yet, neither did I get any tracking id or order dispatched email yet.

Please look into this at the earliest
