I got a self install kit thats meant to be really simple, connected it all and theres an error code 7400 and nothing loads.
I call up and it says I need to speak to an advisor but i never get transferred. Maybe this is due to corona virus but does anyone known what I can do? Im home alone in isolation and just wanted to watch some telly! Thankyou for any help
Hi, If you press home > Help and settings > Help then press up and scroll to TV Care and follow link to missing channels and follow that. If this doesn't work PM me your account number, site id and serial number of V6 and I will have a look for you
