Self install and welcome email

Hi,

I signed up to your services online a fortnight ago selecting the self install option and selected today (18th Nov) as my delivery/install date.

Since the order was placed I have not had any further communication from you... currently no welcome email or advice regarding delivery of my equipment.

Please could you advise regarding this?
