Self Installation Delivery delay

I signed up to virgin media a few weeks ago and set my self installation delivery date for the 27th Feb. I've just received an email saying it has been delayed until the 8th March.

I rang up to ask about this but the person on the call couldn't do anything because I don't have an account number. I have the confirmation email with the order number and this new email saying the delivery date will be delayed but they are the only emails I've received from Virgin, nothing with an account number or any contract to sign.

What can I do?
