Hi,I am new to UK and as per many people suggestion,i have selected Virgin as my home broadband and i applied successfully through online.I have recieved confirmation email which mentioned 7th December,my Virgin install Kit will going to received.
Full day i was waiting for the Kit and i had 7 times calls with customer care about the status but i have received any respectable answers.
In Yodal it was saying since from 11:22am,out for delivery but havent received the delivery.
I dont know now to whom i need to reach out to get help on this request.

Yodel are having as few delays right now
The recent adverse weather conditions plus the Increase in Deliveries in the build up to Christmas,
They do have an online webchat service where you can get updates on the package
If you go here You can choose the option to webchat
