Second Virgin V6 box won't verify

Hello!

We ordered a second v6 box for our account approximately 2 months ago but have not had a chance to install it - we've now got it hooked up but it's stuck on 'Verifying'.

Eventually it asks you to reboot, and when you do it just gets stuck here again.

I've checked it's connected properly - both the ethernet into the first V6 box and the ethernet into the second box are working fine.

Any ideas?

Hi the box would have needed to be connected and activated when you first received it, however phone the activation number 0800 9539500 have your account number area code and serial number of the box to hand. Regards Micky
