Scheduled install no show.

Does anyone have a contact number to speak to a human being regarding a complete waste of a day waiting for a installation no show. Not even a customer yet and this is how you are treated.

Which no show would that be ? 

Installations are done in 2 parts: The first installs the cable into the pavement/road and can happen at any time upto and including the day of the 2nd part. 

The 2nd part is the engineer arriving to connect your internal cable to the external cable provided by part 1. 

and the number you'll need to check the status would be 0345 454 1111. Ring early in the morning (8am is best) unless you like to spend hours on hold.

I had someone turn up unannounced yesterday and they put the cable from the pavement under my fence and left it. I had a scheduled appointment for today to I guess fit from fence to house and have a scheduled appointment on the 11/03/21 for an engineer to connect the fibre optic to the house. No show today and no communication from anyone.
