Says i am no longer a customer

Moved house and transferred virgin to new house went to pay bill and it says I am no longer a customer can anyone help me out

Hi Reilly_999,

I hope your house move went well and you are getting settled in your new home.

When you move house VM set up a new account and close down the account at the old address.

Where possible VM transfer any final balance from the old account to the new one  help/moving-home-faqs 

You should have received correspondence with your new account number which will need registering. This may prove difficult if they haven't completed a move and transfer of your old email/login address to the new account.

VM Staff should pick this up for you, however it may take a few days to a week.
