Said broadband connection is down

Hi

I have just followed all of the quickstart set up for the Hub 3. And every time, the Hub ends up just flashing a constant yellow light at the base light. I have tried resetting and rebooting the Hub several times already, and have made sure all of the connections are right. When I connect my devices to the WiFi it said:

1) Gateway IPv4 address is not valid.

2) Your broadband connection is down.

I appreciate it so much if you guys can help me with this. Thank you.

Have you called the activation number? It's in the instructions.
